Why did I call my company Square One Remodeling?   Because every day I see really nice folks who are thinking about remodeling or building and they don’t know where to start.

There is a logical sequence, a series of steps, to the building process but these nice people don’t know what that process is so they are left wondering what they should do, guessing where they should start.

We want to show you all the steps in the building process and make sure you start at the very beginning, at square one.

Planning Is Everything!

Most of the problems that arise in any construction project are the result of inadequate planning. At Square One Remodeling we are dedicated to providing the most complete and detailed planning possible. It's cheaper to fix something in design with a pencil and eraser than it is to fix it in the field with a hammer and Sawzall.
